Ms Boezeman is currently the Chairperson of Business Benefits International Pty Ltd, The East West Foundation Association (since 1993) and a Director of The Australian Golf Foundation, the NSW Corporate Olympic Committee (33 years), Co-Chair Pacific Opera committee and a Director of the Order of Australia Association Foundation LTD since 2005.

Her previous roles include Chairperson and Managing Director of Time Life (Aust.) Pty. Ltd 1983-1996, Deputy Chairperson of the NSW State Lottery for 16 years, Chairperson of PayPal Australia 2006-2012, Director of Perpetual Trustees Australia Ltd 1996-2005, Defence Housing Authority, Prudential Insurance, Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority ( 6 years), and Director of Opera Foundation Australia 1988-2000. She was awarded an Officer in the Order of Australia and the Centenary Medal in 2003. In 2009, Bonita was knighted by Pope Benedict XVI with the title Dame in the Order of St Gregory the Great.
